Jack Speaker by An/Aesthetic

Here’s a literal take on industrial design. Sydney’s AN/AESTHETIC design house has produced a new speaker called the Jack, which is a standalone amplification system handcrafted from concrete and wood. The make up provides “a unique combination of raw individuality and increased sound quality.” Also, a wooden dowel not only lifts the speaker just a little bit to project the sound outward, but also acts as a sound dampener to reduce vibration.
