In recent trends, the pour over technique has become one of the defining factors for coffee fanatics and drinking out of a mason jar has become the bee’s knees for hipsters. But until now, there hasn’t really been a brewing system that incorporates the best of both worlds. New York’s Intelligent Design has invented the Pour Mason – A handmade rustic contraption made from 1100 aluminum alloy in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and finished with electroless nickel. And apparently it soothes well with Chemex lovers as well. Looks like we can only hope that Blue Bottle starts investing in these over-the-top coffeemakers.
